HOSTING BENEFITS AND GUIDELINES

USTSA-USA welcomes reputable, responsible individuals, teams and organizations the opportunity to host a sanctioned event. We expect the highest standards of excellence, integrity and commitment by Tournament Hosts, officials, umpires and facility maintenance crews to project professionalism throughout the event and create a positive experience for everyone.

BENEFITS

OF HOSTING

Hosting a USTBA-USA event offers your team or organization the opportunity to generate terrific income in a single weekend. USTSA-USA Sanctioned Tournaments are designed to reduce a team’s participation cost and and increase tournament host profits while providing more teams the opportunity to advance to a Championship Game.  USTSA-USA offers Invitational, State and National Championship levels of play

TOURNAMENT SANCTIONING

Being the newest youth baseball tournament sanctioning organization, USTSA-USA can be a new, exciting and attractive option for teams seeking competitive tournament play. Upon registering your event, and signing our event licensing agreement, you will be assured that your dates are protected and no other USTSA-USA event will be held within your market area. This will assist you in the success of your tournament and insures that no other USTSA-USA event imposes or competes for potential participants.

PROMOTION and SUPPORT

USTSA USA will provide a listing of your event on our National Web Site at USTSA USA.US, under “Tournaments” along with providing you your own tournament page. Your event will also be included in our monthly electronic mail Newsletter, Hardball News, sent to hundreds of teams in your geographic area. We'll make available all necessary graphics and forms to assist you in your promotional efforts as well as an event banner to display at your location. Upon completion of your tournament, game scores and team order of placement will be listed under “Tournament Results” with a News Story of the Championship Games.  All necessary forms are available on our website at www.USTBAUSA.US under “Forms” for Host and Teams.

YOUR PROFITS

YOU retain all team entry fees, gate admissions, concession profits, souvenir sale proceeds, and sponsor commissions. We offer the lowest sanctioning fees available! Teams submit tournament entry fee’s directly to YOU, in advance, providing the necessary funds to purchase awards, T-shirts, facility rental and miscellaneous cost!
